In response to the unprecedented Covid-19 situation, we are doing business differently for the foreseeable future.
SERVICE / PARTS
Our Service and Parts Departments are open Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5:30pm, Friday 8am to 5pm, and Saturday from 8am to 4pm.
Contactless Service Procedure:
Our goal is to keep our employees and customers as safe as possible. We have implemented a “No Contact” procedure, so the service exterior doors will be locked. Customers will not have access to the indoor service area, unless you have previously reserved an indoor appointment.
Please drop the vehicle off outside in the customer parking area on the east side of the building. Please turn off your air vents. Fill out a night-drop envelope (located in the night drop box to the left of the entrance door). Put the keys into the envelope and drop it through the slot, ensuring your full name, phone number, current km’s and a signature are on the envelope.
All contact will be done by phone call. Our staff member will sanitize the common touchpoints of your vehicle, and drive the vehicle into the shop for service.
Once the vehicle is ready, your advisor will give you a call to make pick-up arrangements. All payments will be done by mobile payment. Your vehicle’s main touch-points will be sanitized again before it is returned to you.
We are offering limited mobility and indoor waiting options. These options include shuttle services, waiting in socially-distanced lounge, and sanitized loaner vehicles. These options are available on a limited basis so please reserve ahead of time with our team of friendly advisors.

Our Sales Department is now open by appointment only, Monday – Thursday 9am-8pm, Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-5pm.
- We are limiting the number of guests in the showroom so we are open by appointment only
- Test drive and in-person consultations are available with social distancing and sanitization guidelines in place.
- We are also available to review your options digitally if that suits you better.
