In response to the unprecedented Covid-19 situation, we are doing business differently for the foreseeable future.
SERVICE / PARTS
Our Service and Parts Departments are open Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm, by Appointment Only.
Please drop the vehicle off outside in the customer parking area on the east side of the building. Please turn off your air vents. Fill out a night-drop envelope (located in the night drop box to the left of the entrance door). Put the keys into the envelope and drop it through the slot, ensuring your full name, phone number, current km’s and a signature are on the envelope. We are implementing a “No Contact” policy, so all the doors to the dealership will be locked and all public will have no access to the dealership.
When you drop the vehicle off, please stay outside – the door will not open for you. All contact will be done by phone call. Our staff member will sanitize the common touchpoints of your vehicle, and drive the vehicle into the shop for service.
We will not be offering mobility options such as shuttle service, so you will need to arrange your own transportation. If you are unable to make such arrangements, please let your advisor know as we have other limited options for such clients.
Once the vehicle is ready, your advisor will give you a call to make pick-up arrangements. All payments will be done by mobile payment. Your vehicle’s main touch-points will be sanitized again before it is returned to you.

Our Sales Department is now open Monday – Thursday 9am-8pm, Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-5pm.
- We are limiting the number of guests in the showroom so we advise you to call ahead to reserve your time.
- Test drive and in-person consultations are available with social distancing and sanitization guidelines in place.
- We are also available to review your options digitally if that suits you better.
