Budd's Mazda.... Brilliant Experience.
So where to begin, some of you may know, we were moving to Winnipeg next weekend. We went to our usual Select Mazda and spent a huge amount of money to get our car ready for the long journey west. Then, we went back, and then back again. They had made a mess of our car and never addressed the underlying issues that were first and foremost. We went to Burlington Mazda to try to correct the issues, they did their best, the mechanic and Kevin were great. BUT, couldn't seem to solve the problem. We decided to take it to BUDD'S Mazda in Oakville. I called John Boot, the assistant service manager, PHENOMENAL!!!. That's all I can say. To be truthful, I'm not even sure that the problem is solved, but John and his team of mechanics appear to have left no stone unturned and tried everything to make sure that my little family is going to be safe and sound on this journey. He was in constant contact with me, perpetually re-assuring me, and gave us second to none service. John knowing how incredibly busy we are getting ready to leave, had a loaner car as a special favor waiting for us and wouldn't even have us pay for the service until we are sure that the issues are sorted out. I know that in the past I was very leary of QEW Mazda due to some big issues with the service we had received, Now, I wouldn't dream of entrusting our vehicle to anyone else other than John and his team of professional mechanics. Thanks guys!

I recently got to experience the true test of service when things go wrong or there is a problem. Having had many challenges in dealing with diagnosing the problem with my CX9 the service at BUDDS Mazda in Oakville never gave up, kept me constantly informed, and patiently continued to respond to my concerns. When it came time to challenge the warranty coverage, Katie was there to act on my behalf, when the part that was required was on back order the service department made sure that I had access to a vehicle. What could have been a very distressing situation was turned into a positive experience.

The service staffs are always pleasant and professional. The staff at BUDDS Mazda is one of the main reasons that l purchased my vehicle from there. Agatha was the person that l dealt with when l dropped my vehicle off, and Katie was the one that l dealt with when l picked up my vehicle. Some service facilities are cold and impersonal, while they make the environment friendly. The mechanics do a great job and l am always satisfied with the service that they perform on my vehicle. John drove me home while l left my vehicle for service, and when my vehicle was ready he called to see if l needed a ride back to the dealership. l was attempting to make other arrangements to get back to the dealer, and was impressed by the fact that he called and offered to come pick me up. All the staff are friendly and professional. You don’t see this at many other service facilities. l hope that BUDDS Mazda management realizes how great the staff are and how they affect the decisions that customers like myself make in not only the purchase, but in the servicing of their vehicle.

Being a member of TM3, BUDDS Mazda comes highly recommended and rated. This was my second visit and I will be back again. John Boot took the time to show me some features on his own Mazda and happily answered all of my questions. He also outlined a TSB for my car and helped with parts ordering. Only 'gripe' was that my hatchback trunk was not closed properly when I left and had to get out to close it properly. Free car wash with BUDDS plate covers is a nice touch.

I was there yesterday for my first oil change, awesome service! Definitely recommended - even if driving a little more distance is required :) Oh and also had a car wash for free, good stuff!!

I just wanted to add how fantastic Katie is! I have talked with her for my last two service visits and she always calls to update me on the status of my car, explain the problems (in terms I'd understand!) and give a realistic time line.
